For nearly three decades, I dove into the high-stakes world of emergency medicine, where every second counts and clarity under pressure is non-negotiable. This experience sharpened my ability to think critically, act swiftly, and lead with compassion. My service in the Navy for 16 years took me across the globe, instilling in me the values of discipline, resilience, and the profound power of a unified team working towards a common goal.

Armed with a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I’ve mastered the art of understanding and enhancing the workplace, making organizations more efficient, and fostering leadership that inspires and transforms.
